(as a service user),

From start to finish the staff were exemplary. 

I was made to feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. 

Every member of staff I dealt with went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met.

I was kept fully aware of my treatment plan and the next steps. The staff were very patient with my questions and concerns. 

Thank you very much for making a difficult and scary time much easier and less confusing.
