I had bad toothache and my dental practice advised the tooth would need to come out but they said they couldn't do it that day and gave me an appointment for 14/12/23! Overnight the toothache became worse so I phone 111. Staff were courteous and professional and arranged an appointment with Argyll Dental Practice on Saturday morning. I was seen very quickly and the tooth was extracted. The staff were very caring and contentious throughout the procedure and sent me home with the necessary information and prescription.
Both 111 and GDENS were a credit to the NHS in Scotland!
Thank You
