All the GPs here seem to be trained to ignore the patient. Getting past the reception for an appointment is a nightmare at this surgery. Very rude and no concern for symptoms, in my experience. Then if you somehow manage to get an appointment, the GP just gives less than 5 mins to shoo you away. How is this even acceptable?
