(as the patient),

Part of the cubicle shared a curtain with the neighbouring cubicle. Unfortunately when the male patient next to me enthusiastically pulled his curtain round, it left me partly exposed, twice.

Apart from that my experience was positive.

Very many thanks for taking the time to share your experience during your recent visit to our Xray department. I appreciate you bringing this matter to my attention, and have discussed with our Conventional Team Lead how we can improve privacy for our patients.

Previously the curtains were a much thinner material, we hoped the sturdier ones would help. I am very sorry you felt exposed. We will review what we can do to improve this.

I am glad the rest of your experience was a positive one.
