"Outstanding care from exceptional nurses"

I was checked in at Clinic H by a very efficient receptionist who made me feel welcome. I was given clear instructions on how to get to Clinic K which deals with urogynaecology

The waiting area was comfortable and clean.  There was a delay of 10 minutes but one of the nurses at the clinic came out before my scheduled appointment time to apologise that there would be a delay of 10minutes.

I was very nervous about attending the clinic but the treatment and care  I received from Claire and Hayley was outstanding.  They immediately put me at ease and explained all of the possible solutions to my problem. I did not feel embarrassed about the procedures at all due to the reassurance I received from both Claire and Hayley. They also explained what to do if I encountered any problems following my treatment.

I know that I will have to have follow up appointments but I certainly will not be stressed and nervous next time. I can categorically say that this is due to the professional and caring attitudes of Claire and Hayley.  They are exceptional nurses and hopefully the management and the Victoria will make sure that they know how delighted I was with my treatment.
