It has been impossible to get adequate attention and care, essential and required nhs protocol not followed, was refused necessary tests and left me having to seek private analysis and tests. Great difficulty getting appointments and near impossible to communicate issues via reception. staff non responsive and incapable of transmitting issues correctly. A complete failure of care as far as my needs are concerned.
