I was really low & never thought I was an anxious person or had low self esteem until this happened, I then attended the OT @ Carluke health centre & it changed my life, it made me address things that I never even knew I had felt.

Siobhan went above & beyond with her help & assistance, the leaflets & booklets made me re-evaluate my thoughts, her suggestions & optimism were amazing, she made me start to believe I could be me again, the introductory to the leisure centre fit 4 weeks was astonishing & gave me a new lease of life, I always say you never know you need help till it’s too obvious.

I believe the whole process from start to finish benefited me greatly, I have been waxing lyrical of the benefits of the service since, I wouldn’t hesitate in calling them @ anytime in the future, I think that prevention is better than cure, we should be pro active & not reactive when it comes to our health, keep up the fab work NHS, especially our new service of OT (I used to think that was only for physical ailments or home visit to get out of hospital, I’ve been proved wrong) I will recommend & be forever grateful.
