I loved it was in ward 52 at Victoria Hospital Meghan the nurse was amazing no one could get blood from me she did right away and Brad the other nurse he was so kind and friendly every staff member was great yeah how could I for get Mrs Purple the tea lady she was amazing woman but the water is to warm I fell out wa staff on the other ward I ran the water for over an hour and still no change it never went cold any loved my stay at the vic in Kirkcaldy

Hello Mc48.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for ward 52. I will be sure to pass over your lovely messages for Megan, Brad and Mrs Purple. I am truly sorry to hear that your water was warm. We do regular changes with the water jugs throughout the day but I completely understand you stating the water gets warm quickly. We have ordered a new water cooler that will hopefully be on the ward shortly. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
