About: Craigavon Area Hospital / General Surgery Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward Lurgan Hospital / Ward 3

(as the patient),

I recently fell at home, fractured my tibia and knee, and was brought to Craigavon Area Hospital. Operation and then to Trauma Ward. Then into Lurgan Hospital Ward 3 for rehab.

Although this experience had been traumatic, the care that I have received from the staff has been outstanding.  The patience, compassion, dedication, kindness and professionalism shown to me has been wonderful. Thank you each and everyone for looking after me, caring for me, your team work has enabled me to reach this point where I am ready to return home.

I have told my story about the amazing care that I have received in both Craigavon Area Hospital and in Lurgan Hospital Ward 3 during rehab, in my story now referenced Trauma Ward Craigavon Area Hospital. I cannot emphasis enough how grateful I am for the wonderful staff at both Hospitals. Thank you ,you go above and beyond in your care of your patients with warmth ,understanding, and compassion. Again thank you.
