About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I was very nervous and my health means so much to me and the clinic was incredible help over the phone and I thought they went above and beyond with assisting me in the procedure.

All the staff from the reception team to the nurses and doctor were so caring I’m so grateful to everyone and I would like to thank you all for the great help and the next day I got a text from the clinic saying the results were all clear. Thank you so much

Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are very pleased you had a good experience within the service. Our staff like to be helpful and friendly so it's good to know they were.
