About: Continuity of Midwifery Carer Service / Emerald Team

(as the patient),

I am so grateful for getting an opportunity to meet and work with such a great team!  They all made me feel so calm and relaxed during each trimester of my pregnancy as well as postnatally.

I got all the information and help that I needed and that's why I felt extremely ready and confident becoming a first time parent❤️

I would like to give a shout-out to Sarah, Vicky and Rachel who were there to support me at most important parts of my life. You are truly amazing!
