Attended the E.D with my little girl (2years) who had a fall. We were seen quickly and treated with empathy and patience. the Doctor in particular who checked my daughter out, the name on his badge was 'Sathi' was amazing. I can imagine that this environment can be scary and overwhelming for a small child and he treated her with amazing calmness and kindness and instantly put us at ease. Thankfully my daughter did not need further treatment and was able to go home but I wanted to share just how kind and thorough the doctor was in an environment that I can imagine can be very stressful.. Thank you.
