"I was treated courteously throughout the time"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Audiology Hearing Aid Department

(as the patient),

I had been given a time for my appointment and was called within 10 minutes. The Audiologist greeted me pleasantly and gave her name Siane.

Siane was very explicit in explaining how to use my Tinnitus Management hearing aids and helped me programme them for Bluetooth. I was treated courteously throughout the time and although there was a glitch with her computer she persevered to rectify the problem successfully. I left with a very positive attitude looking forward to availing of the Bluetooth function.

She also advised me to have the hearing aids left in to Audiology Department every year for servicing. I commend her for her friendly but professional attitude and hope my experience will be the norm for all patients.
