"With support and guidance I have come a long way."

So after losing my family due to my my substance misuse and spending a night in cells I contacted my work coach at the job centre I came clean about my problem he put me in touch with ReNew and I was assigned a peer mentor called Kirsty. 

Kirsty was amazing and the fact that she had lived experience put me at ease straight away. Since I've been seeing her on a regular basis I have managed to get clean. I'm seeing my daughter again I've joined a gym and I'm currently doing volunteering work. None of that really seemed possible but with her support and guidance I have come a long way.

I felt worthless and now I feel like I finally have something to offer I've learned a lot and it's really motivated me to do better. I feel the best I've ever felt and couldn't of done this without ReNew or my peer mentor.
