"An incredibly sore ankle"

About: Stirling Care Village / Minor injuries unit

(as a service user),

Following an injury the previous day I rang 111 and was directed to the Stirling Minor Injury Unit.

On arrival, I was seen by a clinician who seemed to care about not only the injury presented but my overall wellbeing. They took what was a nervous wait and turned it into a time where I felt valued and did not belittle my need for reassurance that I’d done the right thing and wasn’t wasting resources.

Good afternoon Asteropepd47,

Thank you for taking time to give feedback of you recent visit to our minor injuries unit. I am delighted to see the feedback highlights truly person centred care. I will feed this back to the team.

I do hope your recovery goes well

Best wishes

Tracey
