All the staff were so fantastic on the Pilgrim hospital day ward and ward one where I spent two days. They were so compassionate, they kept me informed every step of the way, checking if I needed anything and that I wasn't in pain. It was clean and organised.
My only complaint is that the gluten-free food options weren't great, and when I would order something, they would sometimes send something completely different.
The staff were always smiling, and there was such a great team atmosphere on both wards. They are all a credit to the NHS. Thank you for looking after me.
