"Discrimination from member of staff"

About: GPs in Vale Royal

(as the patient),

I’ve always figured the members of staff I speak with could be a bit temperamental. Which is why I always treaded carefully and respectfully in the time I’ve been there.

The member of staff I spoke with today though decided they were going to use victimhood, racial privilege, strategic tears and accuse me of shouting at them when I challenged them on their poor customer service and attitude. (I couldn’t shout as I’ve got a chesty cough /virus and my voice is husky and crackly because of this).

I told them I’m simply talking to you and they replied again that I’m shouting.

I know if I was not a black man this age old trait would not have been used yet again by this white woman.

This all started because they said their system had not taken in the fact that I registered with them on a certain date (even though I showed them a screen shot of the acknowledgment from the surgery that they had received my request).

They wished for me to do it all over again, although this time written out on paper.

All I will say is you are of the type of white people whom say you’re not racist but when it’s all said and done you simply can’t help yourself in looking down on people from the African diaspora whilst trying to show your superiority.

Shame - On - You!
