"Played a huge part in me having a stress free pregnancy"

I had a fantastic experience during my pregnancy, throughout labour and post-partem care thanks to this amazing programme. Getting to know the team and knowing that Sarah Q (my dedicated midwife) had an understanding of my history and the complications made each of my visits so much easier and I was so comfortable with her.

Having Vikki as a support worker is a vital asset to the programme - she brings so much value to it, particularly with her reflexology. I had a simple and short labour and having met Sarah M on some of my previous visits, I was so relaxed with her during labour and I have no doubt this was a big factor in having a straight forward delivery. 

I also want to reference the excellent breast feeding support I was given from Carolina the morning after delivery - she spent time with me and gave me so much help and we are now into our 3rd week of successful EBF. 

I thoroughly enjoyed being part of this programme and feel that it played a huge part in me having a stress free pregnancy and a really good recovery from labour.
