"A pleasant parking experience"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as a relative),

Drove elderly relatives to QE dropped them off at Neurology and then parked at car park opposite maternity. Parking staff were helpful and accommodating, no stress like other places about fines, tickets etc.

The drop off points are well positioned removing further stress, how it used to be and should remain so. My thanks to the parking staff, they made my day.

Dear djrob23

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was delighted to hear you found the parking staff at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital to be helpful and accommodating when dropping off your elderly relatives for an appointment.

I can understand the stress this can sometimes cause so to hear everything went smoothly was very comforting.

I have passed on your thanks to the Facilities Team who have asked me to thank you for your kind words. It really means a lot to the staff.

Kind regards

Kevin
