"More than met my needs"

“I feel that my care and support at Overmills more than meets my needs. I have worked in partnership with staff in the set-up of my Care and Support Plans that identifies and maintains my assessed needs and personal preferences. All the staff are friendly and approachable and I feel comfortable speaking with them.

I am very happy with the quality and variety of activities offered at Overmills. I particularly enjoy team games such as balloon tennis and carpet bowls. I also enjoy mentally stimulating activities such as word searches and quizzes that give me a sense of achievement and satisfaction.

I am very happy with the transport and I feel safe coming to Overmills and returning home. The bus drivers and escorts are very nice.

I am very happy with the choice and quality of meals provided at Overmills; I always enjoy my lunch.

I feel that the centre is very clean and is spacious and I just love coming here.”
