I had my endoscopy procedure recently. From start to finish I had excellent service. Smiling receptionist, then Nurse Anne who was very professional and caring and managed to explain everything in layman’s terms, putting me at ease and coming to see me after, in recovery. Then procedure was done by Doctor Conner, can’t thank him enough for making it painless just slight discomforted and explaining things. Nurse M held my hand and Nurse Rachel explained things after. All were very professional and so kind. Thank you all
