About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Day Surgery Unit

(as the patient),

Attended the day surgery unit for a check cystoscopy.

Cannot praise the staff enough for their excellent care and attention. The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease before and after the procedure.

I would to thank the nursing staff Sam and Caroline, and student nurses Jennifer and Rosheen, also the nurses in the theatre recovery ward. I would also like to thank my consultant, Mr Alexander, and his team, and anesthetist, Mr Dixon, for once again being very professional and caring.

Overall my experience and care in the Day Surgery Unit over the years has been exceptional, a credit to the NHS

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment you received from our staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for. It's wonderful to hear the standard hasn't changed over all the years.

It was also lovely to read how the staff took the time to make you feel comfortable and welcomed into the department.

I'm glad your appointment went well and I hope your feeling a lot better after your surgery.
