Anything else?
I arrived at the minor injuries unit to be welcomed by the most vile receptionist I have ever come across! The simple hello that could have been came out as 'yes'. We politely gave our name and were rudely stopped mid sentence with an abrupt 'that's not for us we deal with cuts, go to the walk in there's a doctor there'. Throughout the duration on the short conversation I have never been looked down upon the way the receptionist looked at me! I advise you review your customer service training and remind your staff that your patients come first, and expect to be greeted with a friendly manner. Thank god your walk in service has a better welcome than your minor injuries! Some people seem to have forgot that a simple smile and a bit of mutual respect goes a long way. I hope you improve your service so no one else is as unfortunate enought to be treated in this way!
