My mum is in her 80s and was referred to Falmouth Hospital outpatients at the clinic. She is very nervous.
The building is very clean, light, airy and relaxing. All the staff are very helpful, relaxed in demeanour and professional.
My mum was helped and encouraged through the whole assessment. Thank you.
Unfortunately the only name I observed was Katrina, but thank you to you all, especially Katrina.
P.S. - car parking could be better, but understand maintenance and vehicles or workers are necessary.
