"I felt that every effort was being made"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy

(as a service user),

It was good to have constant attention by the nurses. I felt that every effort was being made to find the most appropriate medicine to treat my illness.

The home treatment, nurses each day visit was excellent.

Overall I would sum up by the word Excellent.

Thank you.

I am delighted that you have benefitted from the input of the Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy Team (OPAT) and that the treatment you received was tailored for your needs and that the nurses attention and care was excellent. I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the team.

Thank you for your post
