"Possible AskMyGP issue."

About: Lower Clapton Group Practice

(as the patient),

I'm just trying to pass on to the practice a possible issue I've found sending attachments via AskMyGP. I tried send a document earlier saved as a pdf. It didn't go. I opened the pdf and saved its two pages as two individual jpeg image files. When I attached these instead of the pdf, the AskMyGP message went. So it looks like the system is set up to block pdfs.

Is this a problem? I suppose it could be but I'll be sending any future docs as jpegs from now on.
