A huge thank you for everyone involved in my care following my recent op to remove a tumour from my bladder. The staff from having my 2nd year checkup where the new tumour was discovered at cystoscopy at the New Victoria Hospital, to pre-op at the end of October, to the day surgery unit in early November.
The staff were so compassionate and caring and were cued in to my mental health issues so that when I dissociated they knew what to do and that helped me so much. At a time when the NHS are being criticised left, right and centre I have nothing but praise and thanks for my treatment and care. Thanks so much.
"Compassionate and caring staff"
