About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as a carer),

Very smooth and calm experience.

Nurse Louise was the loveliest. Made me feel at ease straight away. Introduced herself, explained the investigations clearly, asked about my journey in and then had a good chat about kids and work. Really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.

Usually I had difficult veins for blood tests but she managed first time and with no discomfort.  

Also, welcoming and friendly receptionist.
