"Always treated with respect and dignity"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Orthopaedics

(as a parent/guardian),

My young son has been seen off and on by orthopaedics recently due to an injury to his leg, that in all honesty was a bit of mystery. I cannot thank the staff and doctor within their department for their help. I was always made to feel reassured and listened to. My son and I were always treated with respect and dignity. The consultants went above and beyond to make sure nothing was being missed and that every avenue was being investigated. What a credit to the hospital.

Dear TLC1999

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch to tell us about your experience with the Orthopaedic Team. It must have been a very worrying time for you both attending hospital and having various tests carried out, having a supportive team caring for your son must have been of a great comfort and reassuring to you and your son.

I have shared your post with the team who have asked me to pass on their thanks for you kind word, they pass on their very best wishes to you both.

I do hope your sons injury is getting better.

Kindest regards

Pauline
