Was seen by John in Audiology today at Wellington Hospital. Absolute professional, great communication and listening skills and spent time explaining technology so that I can get the best out of my aids. He also addressed the issues I was having to ensure that my hearing in different situations was optimised. Best service I’ve had from an audiologist - he is amazing.
