"I was treated with kindness and made to feel safe"

About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

From meeting the receptionist the trainee doctor and the most wonderful nurse.

I was met with smiles and was meant to feel at ease despite my anxiety considering the circumstances. The lead doctor ensured that I was well looked after and was asked if I got the help that I needed. I was treated with kindness, made to feel safe and support and advice that was much needed.

I appreciate the humility and care that was shown by every individual I met and they are all wonderful people. Thank you
