the above nursing staff  were exceptionally professional,helpful and caring. From my arrival to departure, they did everything possible to make me comfortable with the procedure. Most impressive.

I was pleased to hear you were 'impressed' with the care and treatment you received from the staff within the Endoscopy Department of the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

It was great to hear how the staff made you feel at ease from the minute you walked through the door until being discharged.
