"Kind and Caring Service"

I just wanted to say thanks to my lovely Health Visitor, Sara.  She has been visiting me since I had my first son nearly seven years ago. I am now on baby number three and she is just as caring and compassionate as she was on day number one.  Nothing is ever too much trouble and she is always available with a kind listening ear if necessary. 

You would think by baby number three you would be an expert! However, they are all so different and sometimes come with their own little challenges. Sara is always there to offer advice and guidance without making you feel useless or incompetent. She never makes you feel rushed or like you are an inconvenience. 

We always look forward to her visit and we feel very lucky to have had her for all three babies.
