It’s wonderful to hear the course was a valuable tool in your wellbeing.

I also very much appreciate your reflections that more time would be useful in the session to practice the skills.

I will be talking with my team to see if there is any way we can increase the time in each session on the practical practice of techniques by adjusting the lessons plans.
