My mum who passed away earlier this month was supported through the last 6 months by Inga from the amazing Dementia Outreach Team (DOT). She gave support, advice and worked with the consultant to manage mums medication to best help control her symptoms and allow her some relief from the awful symptoms of advanced Alzheimer's disease.
