"Everyone was very kind to a very frightened little boy"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My little boy had an acute problem and was in a lot of pain. I brought him to A&E in the evening. He was distressed but very brave. After triage we went straight through to a cubicle. We saw a nurse, Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) and a doctor.

Everyone was very kind to a very frightened little boy. We got home about 3 hours after arrival and he’s still feeling well.

Thanks for a great experience

Good morning Aileen82,

Thank you for taking time to post feedback about your recent experience within the Emergency Department. I will pass this onto the Advanced Nurse Practitioner team.

I hope your little lad is on the mend

Best wishes

Tracey
