"Once again my care was exemplary"

About: Mater Hospital / Macular Unit

(as the patient),

I attend a repeat, continuing, observation and treatment appointment. Diabetic Macular determinations treatment.

Once again my care was exemplary and I feel I have been given care which is second to none.

If I have a criticism it would be the length of time it takes to be seen by all clinics. The delay between each stage is quite protracted but, I comfort myself that with such a precious gift as sight each patient is receiving the specialist care they need.

Over all it was a very pleasant experience with all staff giving caring and professional care, from reception to consultant, Mr Gupta, in whom I have every faith.

Dear festivityjh69

Thank you for your lovely feedback regarding your appointments at the Macular Diabetic Clinic. The staff working there will be delighted to hear you think so highly of them.

We apologise for any delays you may experience during your appointments but as you say this is usually due to the thorough assessment and treatment that the patients experience when they attend.

Kind regards

Wendy Dobbin
