About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a parent/guardian),

Had my daughter in the ENT department this week. The HCA staff (Helen), the audiology team (Avril and Lydia) and Consultant (Mr McCaul) provided a gold standard of care, they were timely, patient and very caring. It is a very well run, busy clinic. Thank you to all the staff.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely story about attending ENT and Audiology. It is great to get feedback about the standard of care you and your daughter received. These clinics do tend to be busy and therefore it is important that every patient is given the time and care they deserve by friendly organised staff. I will pass on your thanks to all the Team and am appreciative of your comments.
