About: Community Forensic Services / Assertive Transition Service (ATS) Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Addiction services (community)

(as a service user),

Most of them are alright. ATS (Assertive Transitions Service) have been good at helping get out in the community more, meeting me at the war memorial. ATS substance misuse not too long which is good, not having to do much ready + writing.
