"Toilet Facilities"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital (Paisley)

(as a relative),

3 of the 6 toilet facilities at the entrance to hospital were filthy when I visited, and were in exactly the same state when I visited again hours later. They were covered in excrement and there was toilet paper, paper towels and water in every area.

This made me feel very concerned about hygiene standards in the hospital aside from the immediate effect of disgust.

Not at all what I would expect within a hospital facility.
