Dear Hop84567

Thank you for sharing your story. It must have been a very worrying time so I am heartened to read that you are happy with the care your mum received from NHS Scotland.

If you would like me to pass on your thanks to the ambulance crew may I ask that you contact our Patient Experience Team at sas.feedback@nhs.scot with your name, Care Opinion name, your mum's name and the address and date we attended.

I do hope that you mum is feeling better and wish her all the best for her recovery.

Kindest regards

David
