Brought a lady to gynae clinic this morning and wanted to thank every one of the staff because she is immunosuppressed. She is in a wheelchair due to long covid & suffers from severe anxiety. We asked if there was somewhere quiet to wait and were immediately taken to a small room to wait.
Within a few minutes we were escorted to see the nurse specialist, examined and everything explained. It was such an efficient and friendly atmosphere which helped tremendously.
Thank you everyone it was such a good experience.
