About: Central Vaccination Service - Dundee General practices in Tayside

(as a service user),

Amy at the Dundee vaccine clinic has been fabulous. Providing advice, appointments and vaccines.

My GP clinic informed me that I needed to contact the vaccine service via email. I completed the forms, received email and phone responses, arranged an appointment and got my vaccines in time for my travel.

The service is great and it was wonderful to have a vaccine practitioner assisting me through the process. Thank you Amy.

Feedback is very valuable to all areas of the NHS, and I'm sure the practice will be pleased to hear that your experience has been positive. As each GP Practice is an independent business, we would recommend that you feedback your experience directly to the practice to allow this to be passed on to the staff. The Practice Manager can give you with details of how to provide this feedback to them, as per their Complaints and Feedback Policy.
