Before I began sessions with Kelly I knew I needed help but couldn’t pin point with what. Everything seemed so intertwined. Kelly helped me untangle multiple issues; anxiety, grief, low self-esteem. Kelly gave me a safe space to talk, rant, cry, laugh. I felt comfortable enough to be completely open and honest and I can’t thank her enough for helping me rationalise my thoughts.
