About: Musgrave Park Hospital / Phlebotomy centre

(as the patient),

I have just been at the Phlebotomy Centre in Musgrave Park Hospital. Patricia took my bloods and stats. I am bowled over by the compassion and caring that she showed towards me, way beyond her duty.

I had a slightly high blood pressure reading, which in turn led me discussing something with Patricia that was currently happening in my life. She showed me the greatest empathy and offered me advice and really kind listening ear. This meant so much to me.

In general in the Phlebotomy Centre I find I am always met with a smile, all staff are very friendly and helpful from the moment that you approach the front desk. Also extremely prompt.
