About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I had to visit MIU at the Vale of Leven Hospital recently after a dog bite. Cathy was amazing! My wait wasn't long at all, she dealt with my wound and gave me advice on aftercare. She was very kind and gentle when cleaning my wound.

I was sorry to hear you had to attend our Minor Injuries Unit after experiencing a dog bite. I can only begin to imagine how painful this would have been so to hear the care and treatment you received was to a high standard was very heart wamring.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to receive such generous feedback.
