"Fantastic staff - Parking should be free"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 2 North Respiratory medicine

(as a relative),

I was visiting my dad in hospital, the staff were fantastic (2 North)

Very friendly and kind.

Visiting times are suitable

Parking should not have to be paid for.

Staff at entrance (reception) gave directions to help me find my way.

Hello,

I am glad to hear that the care your father received on 2 north was positive and I am pleased to hear that you or your father have no complaints regarding care delivered. Our staff always try to go above and beyond the call of duty for every patient.

I do appreciate that car parking can be extremely difficult especially at visiting time, unfortunately this is outside of my control, and it can be difficult to find a space but there are some free parking spaces. As a result of this feedback we are looking to review information on the Trust website to advise of location of free car parking spaces.

I hope that your father is making a good recovery
