About: Community Forensic Services / Assertive Transition Service (ATS)

(as a service user),

ATS - Doesn't feel like they have supported have much with visits to your residence.

Wants ATS to support more with the residence.

*NHS and the system have let him down massively.

Support worker filled the form in with the patient present.

Hi Maytk58

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way about support with your residence and trips to your placement. ATS certainly try to support with this aspect of discharge and have a full team of nurses, social workers, psychologists, peer support workers and substance misuse workers to enable this.

I'm sorry to hear you feel let down by the NHS, I would try and encourage you to discuss this with your residence/placement staff or ATS worker who can support you with any complaint you may have.
