About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency The Princess Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Fell in Newport and was taken to Princess Royal - total bedlam for ten and a half hours until finally seeing orthopaedic consultant. Both shoulders broken but doctor felt I would be better going home with pain killers and visiting A&E following morning. Wow!!!

What a difference, from reception to diagnosis service was first class. It was a breath of fresh air. I was given attentive, polite and very precise diagnosis-seen the doctor who again was great and I am now receiving treatment which I am confident will heal my shoulders. Well done, New Cross.
