"staff are great, some of the system isn't though"

I have been on the urology ward on quite a lot of occasions due to my bladder and kidney stones, if it wasn't for a stay there and being referred for scans i wouldn't of found out i had bladder cancer, some of the system isn't great, being left on pain on more than a few occasions waiting for a doctor to write my usual painkillers up and only being offered paracetamol which does nothing for severe pain. But from the catering, cleaners to nurses and doctors i can't fault them , they are friendly and remember you when you have been in before, they cope with some really miserable patients and some unpleasant visitors and o have nothing but admiration and respect for them all
